We specialize in residential lending but also have commercial and private equity divisions as well. Some current highlights include a 7 million dollar 28 unit condo development construction deal in Hoboken, NJ ? 10 Million dollar hotel development in the Bahamas ? and two 5 million dollar construction/perm deals in CT
