Secondary Marketing Coordinator

Colorado Federal Savings Bank is seeking an experienced secondary marketing professional with 2-4 years of experience for its corporate operations headquarters in Dallas.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications: 

 2-4 years experience in the mortgage banking industry Strong knowledge of secondary market product guidelines Knowledge of risk based pricing adjustments Working knowledge of Data Trac and exposure to LOS systems Good communication skills Working knowledge of DU, LP, CLOUT, and other AU systems Must be able to work with multiple investor guidelines and programs Accounting or finance degree

 

 The candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities: 

 Review daily, correspondence from investors and investor websites for changes in underwriting and pricing policies that would impact the Bank?s best execution system. Update system to effectuate changes as necessary Help train and assist as requested by production personnel in matching products to borrower circumstances Support lock desk as business conditions require  By daily review, ensure data integrity in the loan origination system as it relates to secondary marketingAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for both internal and regulatory purposes Assist in the development and maintain the Interest Rate Risk models for regulatory and Bank purposes. Analyze the data and recommend changes in policies and /or procedures as necessary As needed, update loan programs in both the loan origination system and secondary marketing systemEnsure proper investor pricing by examination of the remittances for loan salesReview on a daily basis the mortgage loan pipeline and warehouse for accuracy
