Senior Broker Coordinator

American Mortgage Network (AmNet) is a mortgage banking company that has been formed to serve the needs of the national mortgage broker community.

In this position, you will act as a liaison between Brokers, Account Executives and Operations staff, playing an integral role in developing and solidifying partnership between Brokers and AmNet. This includes performing pre/post- underwriting loan processing functions, communicating with brokers regarding loan status and conditions, as well as building rapport necessary for brokers to continue to want to do business with AmNet.

One years? experience as a Pricing Specialist or experience in the mortgage industry, gaining a thorough knowledge of pricing concepts, core mortgage lending concepts, loan products and terminology, is required. Excellent multi-tasking, customer service, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communications skills are a must. Experience performing data entry computer tasks required, preferably to include the ability to accurately enter information from loan documents into a computerized loan management system, is necessary.
