Sr. Corporate Real Estate Representative

This position relies on interpersonal and relationship building skills to effectively support both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
? Evaluate and recommend the best use for company owned real estate
(Mostly vacant land)
? Work with multiple internal departments to define surplus property and execute plans for disposition
? Support leasing of facilities for FPL/FPL Group
? Market wetland mitigation credits, created by FPL, to real estate
developers and other parties who are required to provide wetland
mitigation in southeast Florida
? Conduct negotiations and contract with potential buyers to minimize long term risks of property ownership
? Support disaster planning/recovery to provide business continuity in the event FPL facilities are inoperable

Work Schedule:
? M-F, 8am-5pm w/overtime as needed

Requirements:
? Advanced skills in the area of property sales, swapping, marketing and leasing
? Negotiation skills and advanced decision making skills
? Experience with disposition of vacant land
? Excellent written/verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills
? Travel within FPL service areas
? Valid Florida Driver's License
? Use of Microsoft Office products

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Arts, Finance or Business Administration
? Commercial Real Estate background a plus
