Senior Loan Coordinator

Responsibilities:
This position will support our refinance initiative and consumer marketing.
The primary focus will be on refinance and duties will include state reporting, disclosure validation, internal reporting, data analysis, managing technology requests, partner contact and interdepartmental communications. This will require use of database skills to track and extract data plus basic understanding of our mortgage servicing system.
Other responsibilities will include supporting consumer marketing by researching products to offer our customers, managing contracts, web content for products being offered and proactive communication with internal Customer Relations team.
The ideal candidate will take ownership until requests/issues are resolved by working with others in a team environment across departments.
Key Results Area:
- Delivering data/reports by the deadlines specified by state agencies
- Ensure 100% accuracy of remittance reports.
- Effectively respond to management needs for data, analytical and quantitative support in a timely manner
Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years mortgage processing, post closing or mortgage compliance experience required
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Minimum of an Associate?s degree is required. Bachelor?s degree is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and a problem solver
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Must have basic report writing skills
- Experience in data mining and financial analysis a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Access
- Ability to process large volumes of information and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
