We prefer candidates with Loan Officer experience who have a proven track record of success.  HOWEVER, we will consider candidates with little or no experience but have a successful sales background and are eager to learn the mortgage business.  YOU MUST BE A CLOSER AND WANT TO MAKE 6-FIGURES!!!  Must be able to close at least 10-20 loans per month.  We are looking for fun, energetic, and positive people to add to our team.
