Senior National Transaction Attorney
THE COMPANY
Near North National Title, established in 1987 provides a full range of commercial title and escrow services to firms involved in complex, single and multi-site commercial, industrial and residential real estate transactions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
National Senior Transaction Attorney
The National Division is responsible for closing nationwide commercial and residential real estate transactions. We are looking for a National Senior Transaction Attorney with extensive experience in closing commercial and residential real estate transactions and a thorough knowledge of the title clearance process to join our team. The National Senior Transaction Attorney is responsible for coordinating and closing high liability single and multi site transactions. In addition, the National Senior Transaction Attorney provides underwriting support for the division.
Additional responsibilities include participating in marketing events for the company and understanding our philosophy of client services and our relationships with our underwriters.
Requirements:
Law Degree
3-5 Years of Title Underwriting Experience
Knowledge of Escrow Functions
