Senior Project Manager, Atlanta GA

 

A Dallas based corporate real estate and tenant representative firm seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Atlanta, GA area.  Mohr Partners, Inc. provides a full range of services, including Facility Management, for all types of Commercial and Lite Industrial Projects.  Approximately 90% of the time will be spent on the delivery of PM services and 10% on PM client sales and presentations.  The desired candidate must be experienced in customer relationship management and conflict resolution in a similar position.  Other requirements are:

- 4 year degree in engineering, architecture, construction sciences, or interior design.

- 5-10 years of project management experience on real estate commercial projects with a history of multiple, concurrent project delivery.
- Experience with interior space design, project planning, construction administration, and move management on commercial and lite industrial projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and team leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze, present, and negotiate a national PM program.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills that have resulted in lowering client costs.
- An entrepreneur spirit.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Expertise in MS Project.
- Facility management with a real estate background.
- Client space planning and programming skills (CAD)

Must have "build to suit"/out of ground experience.
