Senior Real Estate Research Analyst

Responsibilities:


Perform ad-hoc strategic analyses for TJX Senior Management that pertain to areas such as, future store growth of all domestic divisions, market prioritization, corporate Real Estate strategy and individual market optimization.

Support Real Estate Directors and Vice Presidents in submitting potential Real Estate deals for Executive Committee review by putting together presentations that include demographic, comparison and financial reports.

Maintain and manage various Real Estate databases to ensure data integrity, which includes building report functionality within both the GIS and segmentation platforms.




Exceptional ability to gather, analyze and present statistical, demographic and financial data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3-5 years experience in real estate/site selection analysis or financial analysis.

Proficiency with MS Excel required. Experience with GIS Software and Access a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Geography. MBA preferred
