Senior Relationship Manager

CITY: Chicago STATE: Illinois COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
As a Senior Relationship Manager with the North American Debt Division of GE Commercial Finance, Real Estate, this individual will be responsible for:

- Generating and analyzing real estate loan requests for the structured finance & CMBS programs or equity.
- Responsible for evaluating the complete package, completing a preliminary loan summary including recommending pricing, sizing and reserve structuring for the transaction.
- Taking the lead in negotiating the application and the terms of the transactions including loan amount, pricing, reserve structuring, etc.
- Responsible for managing the Associate who will be coordinating deal kickoff calls, assisting the underwriter in gathering information for due diligence and work as the primary liaison with the borrower throughout the transaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate experience
- Bachelor Degree is Required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in meetings and in presentations
- Strong computer skills in Excel, Word and ARGUS
