Senior Sales Agent 

Sales Agent must have 5+ years of prior project experience and sales experience.

 

General Responsibilities

- Sales team leader

- Show units to prospective buyers

- Provide weekly logs of all leads which include web, walk-ins, & calls made and received

- Oversee contract signing for units sold by team

- Delegate clients to junior sales team members and oversee

- Assist sales director in the development of broker outreach program

- Develop sales campaign to attract out-of-state brokers and buyers

- Identify potential corporate buyers and assist in the development of a sales campaign targeted to such buyers

 

 

Compensation

- Salary plus eligible for bonus; No commissions
