Senior Underwriter

X Bancorp Mortgage Services is seeking two experienced Mortgage Underwriters.



Located in Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA, within easy access to major freeways, X Bancorp specializes in Alt A and Subprime products.



Responsibilities

Review all mortgage applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness. Qualify credit and?collateral package.Have good knowledge and experience of investor?s guidelines, federal, state and local regulations. Work with clients to prepare mortgage applications and related documentation as needed, help resolve any outstanding issues. Running AUS on all loans and obtaining appropriate approvals. Must also have the ability to provide manual underwriting decisions on specific investor loan programs. Approve or deny mortgages on a timely basis. Ensure the quality and accuracy of each loan.



Requirements

??????? Minimum 5 years underwriting experience.

???? ?? Knowledge of Alt A, Subprime guidelines. Lending compliance a must.Must be able to analyze appraisals proficiently.

???? ?? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Experience with EMITS, Pro Lender, DATA Track, GoldMine, AUS. ?
