Senior and Junior Loan Officers needed ASAP

We need Senior Loan Officers Immediately! The position consists of closing loans for our Junior loan officers who are currently pulling over 30 fresh leads a day. As a Senior you will be provided with 6-10 new fresh applications a day with comps and credit already pulled for you. All you do is work it up and close the client. We also have hands down the best processing and lender/vendor relationships in the industry. Do to our great 'submit and forget' processing team and with the number of new applications you are given each day we are looking for people who can consistently close 10+ deals a month. Compensation is high as our current seniors never fall below 10k a month in income and in most cases break at least 15 -20k a month. If you are sick of wasting your talent by having to do your own marketing and processing, and want to work with a winning team who will provide you great support, we would like to talk to you. You must possess great closing skills in the sub prime market. Ability to accurately price and close option arms is also a huge plus and will provide you with even more applications every day. Junior Loan Officers

For the Junior position you will be pulling applications for your Senior Loan Officer. This allows you to earn while you learn instead of the average 90days it typically takes to get paid when starting a mortgage career. Because of the skill level of our closers we did not have one Junior fall under 5k in income last month and one made over 12k. Even more amazing is the fact that these Juniors have only been with us 60 days since our reorganization. You must be outgoing and extremely money motivated. We will begin running classes of 5-10 Juniors once monthly until our suite is full. Again, we will train you, support you, and make sure that if you are doing your job you are getting paid. Juniors are also included in the monthly bonuses, as well as having the opportunity to earn different spiffs of their choice.
