Spanish Bi-lingual Mortgage Account Executive

Mortgage Account Executives will establish and cultivate business relationships with Real Estate/Brokers and Sales Agents and other business partners.  Individuals must be able to structure Conventional, Alt-A and Sub-prime mortgage loans programs and pricing solutions for the business partners.  Must possess excellent inter- personal communication, organizational, time management and negotiating skills.  Must speak Spanish fluently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

 

1.  Learns and maintains a thorough knowledge of the various programs and rate sheets offered by Universal Mortgage Bankers (UMB).

2.  Organizes daily sales visits and calls with integrity and dedication to sales goals.

3.  Delivers on-site loan program services to potential Real Estate/Brokers, Sales Agents and other business partners through web-based demonstrations, consultations and on-site presentations.  The minimum goal is four (4) per day within same geographic area.

4.  Generates sales leads, initiates cold calls and solicit referrals.

5.  Builds new sales relationships and maintains existing ones throughout the entire sales and loan processing cycle by providing sales support and customer service.

6.  Act as a liaison between the Real Estate/Broker offices, UMB processors and other internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of a loan--from set-up to funding.

7.  Offer retail support and educational consultation to business partners.

8.  Maintains a high degree of confidentiality in all business matters.

9.  Complies with all Fair Lending guidelines.

10.  Other duties may be assigned as needed
