Special Loan Administrator

This position reviews and processes requests to modify the legal description of a property securing a loan or subordinate the lien's position. These requests include partial releases, easements, subdivisions, lot line adjustments, eminent domain actions and subordinations. Customer satisfaction is a priority and files must be reviewed and resolved within established time frames. Specific duties will include analyzing requests and recommending or determining the appropriate course of action, while maintaining good customer relations. Key functions will also include preparing and submitting logs and keeping records, in addition to performing other job related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college desired.
- 2-4 years experience in mortgage/banking, real estate or banking.
- 1-2 years experience in direct customer service.
- At least 6 months of real estate experience in either loan servicing or loan origination.
- Experience in preparing various loan documents including, at minimum, deeds of trust or mortgages, reconveyances or releases, assignments, modifications, and subordinations.
- Title or escrow experience preferred.
- PC proficiency with Windows programs such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to type 30+ wpm and use 10 key by touch.
- Effective comprehension, listening, negotiation, verbal/written communication and telephone speaking skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work with a variety of people with various levels of understanding.
- Ability to multitask, follow through on assignments and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented and organized.
