Sr. Account Manager

Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. TRG is currently seeking a Sr. Account Managerr in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.  This position will be responsible for managing start-up and existing title & escrow joint venture “JV”) relationships with Title Resource Group Franchisees. Specifically, developing and maintaining strong relationships with Century 21, Coldwell Banker and ERA owners and agents. Develop new general business strategy for start-up JV’s and prepare ongoing detailed annual business/marketing plans thereafter. Act as TRG central point of contact and liaison between JV and TRG Departments on technical and administrative needs.

 

Other Specific Job Functions:

--Identify Areas for Growth Opportunities (i.e. Lender, Builder, etc.);

--Identify, plan and execute strategic initiatives that can improve company performance and create a competitive advantage in the local market;

--Manage training of new JV employees and business workflow issues;

--Support JV regarding technical title and escrow closing issues, including title insurance billing matters, exceptions to title, HUD Preparation matters, and trust account banking issues;

--Conduct bi-weekly operational calls with JV staff members to cover month-to-date new and closed business, open operational/procedural issues;

--Conduct bi-monthly calls with Franchisee partners to review business strategy and operational issues; their impact on Financial Results.

--Review, Manage and Approve daily Accounts Payable for JV’s



Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience including a minimum of 4 to 8 years management experience in a title and/or escrow closing operations.  Title company loan closing experience required.  Closing operation systems knowledge preferred.  A proven track record of managing growth and high customer service levels within a start-up or existing title/escrow operation is preferred.  National title company sales experience a plus.  High-volume real estate law office experience a plus.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Excellent analytical, judgment and decision making skills.  Travel 10 to 20 percent of the time is required to complete job responsibilities.
