Senior Loan Processor ? 3 to 5 years experience in all aspects of mortgage banking - and a great attitude - will help make you the right candidate for this position.  Also:  the ability to manage a 45-50 loan pipeline with an operational team that supports the ability to fund 25 ? 30 loans monthly.  Excellent time management and communication skills; POINT knowledge and ability to work both in-house closings and brokered transactions from start to finish is a must.

 

Underwriter ? A hybrid position for the individual who is extremely knowledgeable of products and underwriting guidelines. Requires 5 ? 7 years mortgage banking with 3 years as an underwriter in a retail or wholesale environment. This position requires a fast-paced, in-depth self starter to achieve aggressive monthly production numbers.  Must possess extensive knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and other investor guidelines; good computer skills to traverse the web working with our investors and work with all AUS systems.  This unique position require a real ?people person? with a can-do attitude.
