TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

A successful real estate investment and development firm in north Aurora has an opening within an?entity of the company which is growing very quickly.? The Transaction Coordinator?is an integral part of a team which works quite closely together to acquire model homes throughout the mainland United States.?

The closing coordinator administers model home acquisition contracts and expedites closings.? The process involves coordinating contract execution; coordinating contract deliveries (i.e. title commitments, warranty information, surveys, builder financial information etc);? composing and coordinating loan funding requests and summaries;? maintaining closing checklist and keeping each closing on schedule.? The position also involves lease administration (i.e. communicating with tenants regarding updated insurance policies, maintenance of properties, amendments to lease agreements).? The closing coordinator also manages and arranges the travel schedules of both the director of sales and senior analyst and supports both positions at the?corporate office while they are traveling or need help with projects.?

A qualified candidate must be proficient in Word and Excel.? It?is preferred, although not required, for the person who fills this position to have experience in closing real estate transactions, or experience as a real estate paralegal.
