Tax Credit Property Manager - Residential

This is a great time to join an established property management and development company and a leader in the industry.  Shelter Corporation is currently searching for a qualified Tax Credit Property Manager to work at our brand new tax credit property in Upper Landings. The qualified candidate must have successful experience in maintaining a high level of property performance, staff development, property budgets, policies and operations and resident relations.

 

Shelter Corporation is interested in qualified individuals who have at least 3-5 years of property management experience, have strong sales and customer service skills, have proven supervisory, analytical and marketing skills, and have a good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical skills are also considered necessary.
