Team Assistant
Position #006-0806
Location: Commercial Real Estate Division (CRED), Bellevue
Schedule: Full time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, hourly
Grade 7: $13.76-20.91/hr

 

Duties:
This position is responsible for providing operational, clerical, and client fulfillment support to the team. Communicates internal/external customer requirements and maintains high quality customer service standards. Ensures daily activities adhere to applicable policies and regulations. Assesses customer needs, recommends solutions that achieve business objectives and assists Commercial banking officers and customers with implementation. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

? Provides administrative support to the Commercial Real Estate team.

? Responds promptly and effectively to daily telephone and e-mail inquiries while pro-actively responding to and anticipating customer needs.

? Pulls borrowing authorities and information online.

? Performs copying and filing as needed.

? Prepares adverse action/withdrawal letter requests and forwards them to Loan Service Center.

? Assists Relationship Managers with reporting, notices, and billings.

? Orders title commitments, date down endorsements, foundation endorsements, and transaction screen analysis.

? Reviews final title policies, except collateral pools.

? Orders insurance certificates, continuation certificates, and flood/mud determinations.

? Checks OFAC list for all new loans.

? Sets up credit files, draw files and release files.

? Prepares reconveyance forms, funds and tracking.

? Coordinates construction inspections, orders and follows up on receipt and maintains 1099 tracking as needed and completes 1099 Misc. at year end.

? Performs duties in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations pertinent to this department, branch, or function.

? Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience

? High school diploma or equivalent

? Commercial real estate and/or commercial escrow experience a plus

? Administrative experience in a real estate team support role a plus

Specific Skills

? Knowledge of bank systems preferred, including but not limited to Banker, FileNet, and Contact Database.

? Computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data entry abilities.

? Familiarity with basic responsibilities and accountabilities for all team members.

? Possess a high level of analytical and organizational skills.

? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team environment.

? Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

? Display a high degree of professionalism in the workplace.

? Ability to work with minimum supervision.

? Ability to organize projects, priorities and time management.

? Critical level of attention to detail.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Computer literacy, specifically with MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data entry abilities.
