Team Leader Requirements Minimum 2 yrs sales experience and 2 years as a team leader in mortgage industryAbility to train, recruit, and develop a producing sales environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills with internal / external customers Make effective decisions by analyzing loan documents and maximize sales applicants Available to work flexible schedule including weekendsKnowledge of Calyx Point is a plus
