Timeshare Contract Manager

Established Real Estate Developer in Outer Banks of NC breaking ground on a vacation resort timeshare development.  We are looking for a manager to assume responsibility for receipt, processing and disposition of purchase contracts and financing agreements.  Real estate, mortgage or similar experience preferred.

Individual must possess excellent interpersonal skills.  Supervise Loan Clerks in receipt, processing and tracking of timeshare contracts and financing documents.  Individual will coordinate contract-related activities with Sales Office, including rescissions, cash outs and penders.  Individual will also coordinate contract-related activities with Title Attorneys, third party Loan Processor, and work with Property Manager to establish buyers? Travel Exchange memberships.

Ability to use MS Word, Excel and Outlook email a must.  Applicant should be extremely well organized, detail oriented, professional and capable of partnering with others to resolve issues.  Great opportunity to join a dynamic growth company.  Full time salaried position with benefit package provided.
