Title Support Specialist II

Primary responsibilities include ability to assist clientele with installation of new application downloads, as well as training clientele on the same applications for new projects. This individual will also assist in project development, as well as assist customers via phone and/or written correspondence

Qualifications
-Strong computer experience in operating Word based programs
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and telephone customer service experience
-Strong organizational skills
-Detail oriented
-The capability to work in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented production environment
- Experience in the Title and/or Mortgage industries a plus
