Transaction Coordinator/Assistant

Coordinate transactions from execution to closing, including communications with clients, agents, lenders, title companies and related vendors. Scheduling and coordination of all activities related to the transaction including inspections, appraisals, surveyor, loan approval, walk thru, etc.? Documentation and communication with all parties providing frequent updates.? Additional duties include scheduling of appts, organizing and managing the office.? Must have good verbal/writing skills, organizational and computer skills.???

Marketing

Create marketing and presentation materials?including developing personal and property brochures, preparing advertising campaigns for properties & agents, along with web site maintenance and editing.? Interface with sales professionals completing some day to day tasks.

Graphics: Participate in? design and creation of wide variety of customized professional quality marketing materials, which ?may include maps, advertisements, illustrations, demographics reports, brochures and newsletters for in house and client presentations,

?

Abilty to time manage and multi-task a high priority.
