This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious transaction coordinator to assist an accomplished senior broker and learn the intricacies of the commercial real estate market in San Diego and markets across the country.

 

Marcus & Millichap is the largest investment real estate brokerage in the United States, with offices in over 50 markets.  We represent owners in the acquisition and disposition of commercial property valued between $1MM and $50MM.  One of our senior brokers in San Diego has created an opportunity for a transaction coordinator to join his team.  The transaction coordinator will interact with escrow management, participate in contract negotiation and administration, and assist the broker in daily activities tactical, strategic and administrative in nature such as market research and marketing, database management, business development and underwriting.

 

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of commercial real estate experience in transaction management/coordination, excellent communication skills (written and spoken), a professional and engaging telephone presence and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel and Outlook).  We will extend specific consideration to applicants with previous real estate or sales skills.  If you are tenacious, aggressive and passionate about a successful career in commercial real estate this is a great opportunity to learn the business from one of the best.
