Unit Marketing Manager

Americana's focus is to make the process of buying or selling a home as efficient and stress-free as possible.  The company presently has six offices serving the Southern Nevada marketplace.  We focus on the real estate executive serving the residential buyer and seller for the new and used homes.

 

Job Summary:

 

The Unit Marketing Manager oversees the marketing of real estate for all projects in the High Rise Unit as well as overseeing any divisional marketing needs.  The Unit Marketing Manager works in conjunction with the other unit managers to create a comprehensive strategy for each project within the unit.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

?  Develop and oversee all Division marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, Division Branding,  marketing plan templates and public relations efforts

?  Develop the marketing materials in new business acquisition for the Division

?  Develop and oversee all marketing budgets (Project and Division)

?  Hire, train, develop, and monitor project-level marketing coordinators for each project

?  Lead the marketing portion of new project strategy sessions including, but no limited to, project envisioning, target market analysis, sales channel development and marketing tactics

?  Lead all project-related marketing milestone meetings

?  Write marketing portion of the monthly partnership updates for each project in the unit

?  Write creative brief for each portion/task identified in a project?s marketing plan

?  Work closely with the Sales Operations/Database Manager to develop strategies for the opening of new projects and database information needed for those projects

?  Develop marketing metrics to be measured, tracked and analyzed in database (Project and Division)

?  Lead on all project events

?  Oversees Division image and presence in all corporate or public functions such as trade shows, corporate events and office presentations

?  Direct project PR programs and establish relationships with developer PR teams (where appropriate)

?  Manage marketing consultant and vendor relationships

?  Aid in the development and analysis of market research and competitive information

?  Develop and implement new initiatives and special projects 

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

 

?  Marketing Degree Preferred

?  4 years experience within the real estate industry

?  3 years experience in a lead marketing/project management role

?  Exposure to search engine optimization, pay per click and e-mail communication strategies

?  Analytical background with strong market research and competitive analysis competency

?  Knowledge of internet privacy laws and emerging real estate marketing policies

?  Strong project management skills

?  Excellent writing, copy and editing skills

?  Ability to work well under pressure
