We are focused on quickly becoming a leading residential real estate company in the Arizona, Las Vegas and Southern California regions.  We are currently searching for proven real estate sales executives in those markets to lead our aggressive expansion into these cities.  The Vice President and General Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a stellar team of real estate agents who will receive a steady stream of company-generated leads.  These agents will be able to significantly increase their productivity and transaction volume, while also being able to focus on self-generated business.

 

The VPs & GMs will oversee all daily business activities for these markets, which will include assisting RealEstate.com?s Agent Recruitment Director, as well as the managing all sales associates, sales management, and support staff.  She or he will also be actively involved with the selection and management of our significant local marketing and advertising initiatives. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and ambitious leader, who possesses significant knowledge of the local residential real estate market.  State licensure is required, as well as proven success in managing and growing multiple real estate sales offices.
