VP of Finance

A highly successful Builder/Developer/Property Manager in the North Carolina Triad has an open position for a senior level Vice President of Finance.  This is an excellent opportunity for a strong financial leader with comprehensive experience in, and an in-depth knowledge of real estate accounting and finance.  The CPA candidate should have a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years experience in real estate accounting and preferably have exposure to the Timberline Accounting Systems and possess management information systems expertise. 

 

This position is critical to the success of the organization and requires the ability to manage multiple corporate financial issues simultaneously.  The position is directly responsible for all financial, accounting and tax matters, banking relationships, risk management, and the related formation and recommendation of all corporate accounting policies.  This position manages the corporate accounting staff and all accounting functions including, but not limited to financial statements, cash management, projections, lease management and assessment of properties for acquisition and disposition. 

 

The position reports directly to, and works closely with the President, and is a member of, and interacts closely with all other members of the executive management team.
