Vendor Manager Assistant

First American Lenders Advantage - Equity Division, the nation's leading title and appraisal firm servicing the home equity lending industry, is seeking a Vendor Manager Assistant in our downtown Cleveland headquarters.

The Vendor Manager Assistant will develop, enhance and maintain our existing search network for more complicated commercial, builder, purchase/refinance and resale searches to improve capabilities and efficiencies nationwide.

In addition, this person will assist with overseeing the Vendor Management staff and maintain a national database of outside searchers to support the diverse product lines of First American.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and/or 6+ years of Vendor Management experience in the title industry. Title searching experience is a plus. Qualified candidates will possess strong customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to analyze and interpret real estate and legal documents and have the capability to manage in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented production environment. Effective use of standard business software programs including MS Word, Excel, Access, and Visio is required. The ability to work overtime when necessary is a must.
