We seek an experienced Vice President, Asset Manager to join our team. The position is located in Brea, CA.

Primary responsibilities:Provide customer service to borrowers of assigned portfolio of commercial loans.Analyze and process borrower requests such as loan extensions, assumptions, collateral releases, and loan restructures.  Perform financial and market analysis to evaluate borrower requests.Perform real estate asset valuations of collateral properties for use in assessing material loan modifications.  Monitor property values and mitigates portfolio risk by enforcing loan document requirements. Conduct property site inspections and complete associated market analysis.Monitor project construction and leasing/sale progress.Review and process draw requests such as interest reserves, construction/renovation, and leasing.Ensure that all required post-closing items are resolved.Internal reporting with respect to loan portfolio.Training and mentoring to AVP?s & Loan Associates. Perform other related duties as required.



The ideal candidate possesses:

 Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.  Master?s degree in business or related field preferred.Minimum of six years of commercial real estate loan experience with Bachelor?s degree or four years of experience with Master?s degree.  Comprehensive ability to solve advanced problems involving several options in situations. Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.Advanced ability to understand loan documents and perform cash flow analysis. Advanced knowledge of Argus and Microsoft Office including Excel.  Management skills preferred.Ability to perform all responsibilities with little or no supervision.Good written & verbal communication skills; good time managementAbility/interest in mentoring AVP?s and Loan Associates
