Vice President Finance & Capital Markets

The position, will perform the full range of debt raising activities including sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing loans consisting of mini-perm acquisition loans, land loans, construction loans and lines of credit.  This position will regularly interface with banks and other lenders and will manage these debt relationships.  This person will also work closely with the Chief Investment Officer in sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing equity joint ventures on both acquired and developed projects.  Responsibilities also include executing complex analytical modeling on capital structuring transactions, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing as needed (working with the investment teams.)  In addition, this position will provide analytical measurements used by all investment teams.

 

This position requires 2-5 years real estate experience performing full range of debt-raising activities and sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing loans.  Equity-raising experience is helpful.  Must possess exceptional financial analysis skills including detailed discounted cash flow analysis utilizing Argus, Dyna or similar program, and demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex financial models and structures and evaluation of corresponding risks.  Position requires a bachelor?s degree in engineering, construction, real estate, architecture, business, finance, economics or related field.  MBA or MS in real estate or finance strongly preferred.
