Vice President National Sales

 RV Resort Management Company is looking for an A+ player to lead our sales and marketing effort. As a senior member of our corporate leadership team the successful candidate will direct the total sales and marketing activities for our growing portfolio of ownership RV Resorts located throughout the United States.   

 

We are seeking a polished, accomplished professional with a proven track record of managing  and motivating a multi-location professional sales team . Prior real estate sales experience is a definite plus.  Familiarity with state of the art CRM systems and their effective use in managing the sales and marketing pipeline is also desired.

 

The successful candidate must have an exceptionally strong record of dramatic revenue generation, along with impressive interpersonal skills  the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects and priorities,  and the ability to maintain a  very demanding schedule.  Extensive travel is required. 

 

Must be self-motivated, outgoing, creative, and capable of working with,  motivating,  and teaching a dynamic team of sales professionals.. .

 

Job Requirements:

 

*Responsible for providing support to sales staff through leadership, education and initiatives targeted to grow revenues.

*Ensures a qualified sales staff is in place to implement the properties' plans.

*Monitors and reviews business plans and results on a regular basis, including making recommendations based on changing conditions and results.

*Ensures key corporate sales initiatives and goals are met or exceeded.

*Ensures corporate management is provided regular reports that measure performance for each property.

*Ensures sales and marketing resources are applied on a cost-effective, property-specific basis, making recommendations for resorts, providing support to properties.

 

*Extensive sales leadership experience in a condominiums or timeshare sales environment., having managed sales staff at multiple locations.

*Leadership traits that encourage commitment, trust, and "buy-in" from those who will implement plans and recommendations.

*Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities for self.

*Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

*Computer literate with knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

 

The qualified candidate will have 10+ years experience in the condominium or timeshare sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
