Vice President of Operations for their Fort Worth facility 

The primary role of this position is to plan, direct and control the activities of the Payment Processing and Exceptions Processing departments to ensure timely processing and deposit of mortgage remittances.  This position manages, evaluates and develops personnel and designs and implements procedures and efficiency producing measures as well as ensures that the remittance processing is conducted within budgetary restrictions in order to ensure a cost effective process.

The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree or 10 years of management experience within a financially oriented production environment. Three to five years experience with business or technical analysis with an operational or financial focus. Experience in business or strategic planning. Strong experience in computer applications. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Process re-engineering experience desired.
