Vice President of Real Estate/ Construction for retail chain

POSITION- This position is for a  Vice President of Real Estate and Construction. Included in the responsibilities for this position are site evaluation, site acquisitions throughout the Southwest, lease negotiation supervision, new construction, remodels, site upgrades, and store facilities management.

 

REQUIREMENTS- Ten years of intense Real Estate experience in Southern California that included evaluating and acquiring real estate for retail use. Construction,repair and remodel experience. Strong lease evaluation and oversight. Solid contacts in California in the broker and strip center community.Must have experience working for a retail chain. A Broker's license is required. A $ year degree is required.
