Archon Group, located in Irving, Texas is currently looking for Warehouse Analyst.
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
Job duties include collateral valuation and management for commercial and residential mortgage-warehouse lines; execute funding and pay down for warehouse clients; interpret loan agreements and monitor compliance of loan covenants; calculate and collect usage and non-usage fees; internal and external reporting, update interest rates, billing, GS reporting.
Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; knowledge of residential and commercial mortgage loans; a BA/BS degree with good written and verbal communication skills.
3-4 years experience in residential/commercial mortgage business or securitization or whole loan transactions; knowledge of computers systems and software applications.
