OUR OPPORTUNITY

 

We are looking for ambitious, career-minded individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills to fill a Loan Closing Specialist I position in our Albuquerque, NM location.



Responsibilities will include reviewing and auditing loan applications for completeness and being responsible for maintenance of loan files in compliance with governmental regulations and World Savings policy.  Other duties would include ordering title, appraisal, and flood determination as needed.  The job involves following up on borrower documents and entering the information on World?s computer system.  The Loan Closing Specialist assists the Loan Representatives and is responsible for reviewing status of loan files with the Underwriter and determining if files are ready for final commitment.

 

Candidates must be aggressive, detail oriented and well organized.  Knowledge of loan processing and real estate principles is desired.
