We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Community Loan Officer to join our Greeley, CO location.

The Community Loan Officer is responsible for:The sale of World?s residential loan programDirect sales with branch referral customers and self-generated leadsParticipate in marketing activities to attract referral business from community membersProcess and assemble loan files in accordance with standard policies in preparation for underwritingCoordinate closing of loans including appropriate follow up

 

QUALIFICATIONS:Must have strong sales aptitude and customer service orientationMust be able to convey a sense of energy, enthusiasm, and friendlinessShould be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of production and accuracyMust be able to work independently with a minimum of supervision while promoting the spirit of teamwork with all other CLO?s and branch personnelSales experience required, mortgage/lending experience preferred but not necessary
