The Whole Loan Trading Manager handles the disposition of loan assets acquired through the company?s loan procurement and asset management activities.

The Requirements of the Whole Loan Trading Manager are as Follows:Possesses at least 5 years of asset disposition/trading experience. Requires in-depth knowledge of loan trading practices with Wall Street Investors, Mortgage Bankers and other conduits. Has extensive contacts and experience trading sub prime and/or hard money assets. Must be able to be a hands on manager and perform any and all of the functions of the group.

The Responsibilities of the Whole Loan Trading Manager are as Follows:Reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Has interactive relationships with other Department Managers and with all key department staff. Builds the reputation, execution, marketability and profitability of the Company by introducing, maintaining, managing and developing relationships with Mortgage Bankers, Conduits, Lenders/Investors and other bankers. Participate in various mortgage groups and related professional associations. Responsible to conduct loan sales for accumulated inventory via periodic auctions or direct trades. Responsible for managing the Division?s inventory levels and prioritizing trades to meet the company?s inventory turnover requirements. Responsible for the accuracy of trade information in all corporate systems. Ensures that risks associated with Bulk and Direct trade obligations are minimized. Interact with the company?s operations departments, The Capital Markets Department and the Finance and Treasury Departments to ensure proper loan sales, settlements, Financial Accounting and Inventory control. Monitors and reports to senior management information relating to execution variances and trends that pose operational and revenue risks to the company. Proactively identifies trends and develops new selling procedures that impact the department?s performance. Develops and recommends strategy, policies and procedures and achieves approved objectives for the department. Ensures that the Company is selling loans at a best execution into the market place. Promotes a positive and cordial atmosphere for customers and employees. Demonstrates and provides a positive attitude toward the Company. Provide support and back up to the Commitment/lock desk as required to ?crack tapes?, value assets presented for purchase, etc . Assures the department?s operating policies and procedures are in accordance with company?s goals and policies. Undertakes special projects as required to achieve the goals and objectives set forth.
