Job Summary:

 

Provides processing and sales support for loan applications received from wholesale loan brokers. Works with assigned Wholesale Account Executives and brokers to facilitate the management loan applications from submission to closing.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Receives and reviews loans submissions from wholesale brokers.Organizes and inputs loan information received from brokers.Pulls or verifies credit reports and flood certs as needed.Ensures compliance deadlines are met with regards to pre-disclosures, approval letters and denial notices.Monitors incoming documents verifying data collected and submitted by brokers.Proactively monitors pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.Communicates with assigned Account Executives and brokers, throughout the processing period.Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not requiredEnters required data into computer system and maintains accuracy of data in the system.Informs Account Executives and broker about discrepancies in title, appraisals, credit, employment, income and other related items.Submits completed file to underwriting department for approval. Obtains necessary stipulations from brokers and clears any stipulations prior to funding as required by underwriting.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 Confidentiality: Maintains highly confidential information concerning loan applicants.Organization:  Requires high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several files simultaneously. Communications:  Constant contact with borrowers, brokers, agent, loan officers and internal office staff.Coordination:  Significant coordination of various duties required.Equipment:  Office machines such as computer, copiers, fax machinesPhysical:  Sitting for extended time periods.  Hearing and vision within normal range.

 

Experience:

 

Three to five years of experience as a wholesale Account Manager with multiple brokers, Account Executives, investors and loan products. Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of all aspects of wholesale loan production and mortgage loan processing.

 

Skills Required:

 Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Calyx Point, DataTrac experience preferred.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Strong customer service skills.Ability to handle detailed assignments.Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
