Wholesale Inside Sales Account Executive

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   A.   EDUCATION ? High School or equivalent.

 

B.  EXPERIENCE ? One plus year?s mortgage/broker marketing experience. 

 

C. SKILLS ? Computer literacy preferred, but not required. General knowledge of mortgage brokerage laws.

 

D.  OTHER REQUIREMENTS ? Proven relationship building ability and communication skills are necessary. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



?  Assures he/she is knowledgeable about the company?s programs and focused on loan volume and sales activities.

?  Assist the Account Executive in their duties and responsibilities.

?  Maintains good relationship with existing producing broker clients.

?  Participates in and makes presentations at trade meetings to promote AEGIS? programs and solicit new broker clients.

?  Acts as liaison between home office, branch and broker clients.

?  Assures that new broker clients receive material and training for loan packages.

?  Spends 100 percent of time in the call center on sales activities.

? Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

? Provides prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers. Prioritizes and addresses customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow-up and developing cooperative relationships.

? Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve customer service, work processes and financial performance. Assists in design and implementation of quality improvement initiatives on departmental and organizational levels.

? Assists team members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service.  Orient new co-workers and actively support team development.
