RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 Oversee the processing of residential mortgages from submission to fundingAbility to process 30+ loans per monthMaintain constant contact with the Account Executive, escrow, and title company to ensure an efficient and accurate transaction.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

 1-2 Yr Wholesale Coordinating experienceGood technical and analytical skillsExcellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skillsAttitude geared towards efficiently closing a high volume of quality loans
