Wholesale Loan Coordinator

SUMMARY: Responsible for receiving mail and inputting file information and collateral received dates into system and administrative support for the Shipping department

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Receive and distribute Shipping department mail.

? Input file and collateral dates into system.

? Copy and/or scan loan files.

? Distribute reports to branch offices.

? General clerical support to the Shipping department.

? Provides prompt, courteous service to all internal and external customers.

? Prioritizes and addresses customer needs and demands in a professional manner, providing follow-up and developing cooperative relationships.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 

EDUCATION ? High school diploma or equivalent.



EXPERIENCE ? Previous mortgage lending and/or shipping experience preferred.

SKILLS ? Must have strong computer skills with Access, Excel and Office.  and have good organizational and communication skills, be versatile and detailed oriented.
