Wholesale Loan Reps - North Houston

World Savings, a highly successful Fortune 500 financial services provider who has repeatedly been named one of ?America?s Most Admired? financial services companies, is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to fill a Wholesale (PMB) Loan Representative position in our North Houston location. 

 

PMB Loan Representatives promote World?s residential loan programs to mortgage brokers and other appropriate prospects.  Duties include giving sales presentations, making telephone contacts, and accepting borrower applications.  They also manage the loan process through funding and focus on both retail loan business and broker business.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Maintain thorough knowledge of World?s real estate loan programs for 1-4 units to fully explain loan products in detail to brokers, borrowers, realtors, and other interested parties

? Establish contacts and build business relationships with brokers and other appropriate prospects

? Make sales presentations to various client groups, in one-on-one to group/office settings

? Maintain familiarity with content and intent of applicable fair lending and disclosure regulations, and perform in accordance with them and with World policies

? Maintain general familiarity with competitive programs, in order to sell World?s products effectively against other lenders

? Assist brokers and potential borrowers with applications, ensure timely follow-up on supporting documentation for loans in process and provide status to brokers and borrowers

? Support other members of the loan department in a team oriented manner

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

? High School diploma, Bachelor?s degree or equivalent preferred

? 1-2 years direct sales experience

? Good presentation and communication skills in person and over the phone

? Ability to counsel prospective borrower regarding appropriate financial decisions

? Ability to understand and maintain familiarity with all of World?s loan programs

? Ability to maintain positive rapport with key support personnel in Loan Processing, Underwriting, and Appraisal

? Good attention to detail to ensure complete loan processing

? Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work effectively

? Must be able to work flexible hours and be willing to travel; must possess a valid driver?s license in the appropriate state
