Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive - Sub-Prime

Sebring Capital Partners, Limited Partnership is a wholesale residential mortgage lender, privately held and organized in 1996.

 

The Company is licensed to do business in 37 states and operates its Sub-Prime residential mortgage operations out of its home office in suburban Dallas, Texas, as well as an operations center in Denver, Colorado.

Due to growth in our organization, we currently have opportunities for experienced Wholesale Account Executives.

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

 

Develop and maintain adequate broker base to provide volume consistent with corporate standards. Interface between broker and corporate office.

 

 

SPECIFIC MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

? Develop broker base to source new business

? Maintain existing broker base

? Manage pipeline

? Educate brokers regarding Sebring products, services and procedures

? Interface with home office.

? Complete required reports in a timely manner

? Plan, organize, and execute daily schedule

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education: Minimum:  High School Diploma

Preferred:  College Degree

Experience: Minimum:  Two years Sub-Prime mortgage experience as a wholesale AE

 

 

Unique Skills and Abilities:

 

? Computer literate

? Willing and able to work in the field using a home office

? Drivers license with satisfactory DMV record

? Minimum $100,000 auto liability insurance

? Candidates must currently reside in the area and have familiarity with the market
