Job Description - Coordinates with Mortgage brokers to ensure smooth loan trasactions. Orders documentation from third party vendors, assists Underwriters with clearing conditions, and putting files together for loan closings. Must be very organized, be able to work in a fast pace environment, have strong people and phone skills. Two years of mortgage banker or broker experience required.

Salary $30-40k annually + medical and dental benefits
