PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Present Classroom, Web-Ex and on site trainings for Yardi and/or MRI

? Review software system and reports to determine accuracy of data entry and adherence to Laramar Policy

? Develop, recommend, implement, and evaluate due diligence, acquisition, disposition and closing procedures

? Gain remote access to an end users workstation and guide them through challenging tasks

? Review software system and reports to determine the need for End User re-training

? Review reports to help identify growth opportunity support ticket tracking system

? Assist in the training and support of the Field-Mentors

? Provide application support to end users

? Work with the Due Diligence department on Lease Audits

? Work closely with the IT department to maintain

? Maintain training guides and reference manuals

? Perform software certification on new releases

? Uphold accurate information in the software systems

? Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

?  To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies with the ability to:

?  1+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager 5.0 and/or MRI.  A strong understanding of residential property management is essential.

?  Complete understanding of Microsoft Office Suite:

?  Word?demonstrated knowledge of creating and formatting documents

?  Excel?able to create simple formulas

?  PowerPoint?able to create presentations

?  Access?basic understanding of database construction and maintenance

?  Associates or Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience

?  High Level of computer literacy

?  75% Travel is required, some of it scheduled with little notice.

?  1+ yrs training experience, either small group or full classroom training.

?  Basic understanding of Sequel Database is a plus.

?  1 + years Property Management experience

?  Good written and oral communication, and presentation skills are essential for consideration

?  Works without direct supervision and independently with broad guidelines. 

?  Able to be a role model, exuding good, positive, professional and friendly attitude and a belief in Laramar

?  Dependable / reliable with follow through on commitments, producing timely work
