Position Summary
Under the direction and guidance of the Strategic Account Client Care Manager, the Business & Reporting Analyst is accountable for achieving, through interaction with the team, field and client, two main objectives: 1) support and profitably grow sales, 2) ensure service delivery excellence. They serve as a coach and consultant to the SA team, field branches and client. They must demonstrate professionalism and expertise by being consistent, efficient, and accessible in order to directly impact Randstad's ability to profitably grow market share and deliver service excellence connected to the Strategic Account Plans. This person must be analytical, process oriented and have the ability to effectively present Randstad's capabilities to prospects and customers and influence internal customers when needed.

? Produce weekly strategic account result reporting
? Analyze strategic account reports to define positive or negative trends and opportunities and work with account team to develop action plans to address or take advantage of the findings
? Participate in account value calculation to grow OP level of existing and new customers
? Create standard operational audit for internal audits and department statistics on a periodic basis
? Develop customer sales presentation to define standard reporting package and present to customers/prospects
? Assist with sales process and implementation for customers regarding standard and customized reporting needs
? Develop customer specific reports as required
? Identify opportunities to automate and improve internal processes and procedures
? Identify opportunities to charge customers for additional innovations and services
? Assign hard savings/earnings achieved through audit findings and analysis
? Be a source of information, expertise and counsel on reporting, process efficiency and service excellence
? Intermediating and liaising with various FSC departments ; F&A, A/R, Payroll, Billing
? Assist in updating the Strategic Account information on Randstad Access

Minimum Education
?3+ years Undergraduate experience, or equivalent life experience
?3+ years experience in analytical operational sales support role

Preferred Field-of-Expertise
?Randstad experience with PeopleSoft (Prism) a plus
