Hexcel is looking for a qualified Applications Engineer to?join our Research and?Technology team in Dublin, California.??The successful candidate will lead key developments of structural molding compounds and will have extensive experience in process development and/or production support of compression molding of structural composite parts for aerospace applications, preferably with short carbon fibers.? Must be organized and able to plan, manage projects and report (written and verbal) on progress to a wide range of audience within Hexcel?or at customers.? Proven experience working on and leading teams.? Bachelors of Science (Masters preferred) in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.?
