Construction Estimator - P

Kelly Engineering Resources has several openings for a Construction Estimators with experience with Aspentech Kbase in the petro-chemical industry. Must be able to:
'Perform detailed multi-disciplined material quantity take-offs from engineering documentation.
'Apply appropriate construction labor & material pricing to such quantities.
'Uses construction cost estimating principles for complete construction costs including
oConstruction Equipment costs
oContractor mark ups, payroll burdens, etc.

'Represent client in construction cost negotiations with contractors
'Interface with Project Engineering, Purchasing and other Project rep. to communicate estimating

'Minimum five years experience in petro-chemical construction estimating. Demonstrated knowledge of cost engineering principles. Familiarity with construction scheduling. Proficient in usage of spreadsheet software (MS "Excel" preferred). Strong mechanical estimating background preferred
