CONTENT PRODUCER

PRIMARY DUTIES:
'Responsible for executing design, development and editing of software content for domestic and international toys.
'Edit and test software content throughout design process and recommend solutions.
'Work with internal resources on development of content that is both innovative and age appropriate.
'Assist in creation of timelines for content production. Monitor, track and report progress of multiple projects ensuring deadlines are met.
'Write and develop scripts and character dialog for projects.
'Instrumental in art direction process.

SKILLS:
'Superior organizational skills and some project management experience.
'Strong problem solving skills.
'Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
'Ability to write and edit scripts and character dialog.
'Strong computer skills including MS Office software.
'Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
'Knowledge of development process for a technological product.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
'Bachelor's degree in Communication, Art, Industrial Design, Sound Recording, Multimedia or equivalent.
'3-5 years experience in product design, production and/or product management in the software, internet, toy, or children's products industry.
